Our farm products are exclusively ecological in accordance with EU-legislation of 24th June 1994: No use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides is applied. Our ecologically-friendly methods in combination with the warm climate of this region together with specialised cultivation techniques allow for high quality production of healthy goods which are served on our restaurant's tables, such as:
